How do I know what size to order?
We know sizing online can be stressful — especially when you can't try it on first. Every product on our site includes a detailed size chart with exact measurements in inches. We recommend measuring your bust, waist, and hips before ordering and comparing to the chart. When in between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a more relaxed, comfortable fit. Still not sure? How long will my order take to arrive?
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days and delivered within 5-10 business days after that. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships so you always know where your package is. We know waiting is the hardest part — we promise it's worth it.
What if it doesn't fit or I don't love it?
We want you to love everything you order from Cove & Willow. If something doesn't fit right or isn't what you expected, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn and unwashed with tags still attached. Simply reach out to us at support@coveandwillow.com and we'll make it right. No hassle. No drama.
Are these sets true to size?
Our sets are designed with a relaxed, comfortable fit in mind. They run slightly generous which we think you'll love — but we always recommend checking the size chart before ordering. Our customers find that sizing down gives a more fitted look while staying true to size gives that effortless everyday comfort feel we designed them for.
